2. How many people can this banquet hall accommodate?

It is important to know exactly how many people it will accommodate, as you do not want too cramped of a space. It is better idea to have too big of a space, as that will give you more room for dancing!

3. Explain the finances to us.

You will want to walk away with a complete understanding of the finances of the wedding venues you visit. You will want to know what the deposit is, when it is due, what kind of financing plans are available, and what comes with the package. Does your banquet hall rental include food, or the cake, or an open bar? This is a crucial question to ask to make sure you can afford the wedding of your dreams.

4. Is there an area so I can have my ceremony here as well?

To make it easier for you, some wedding venues offer places for the ceremony. Make sure to ask if the ceremony area is close to the reception, and if there is a changing area available for the bridal party. They may even be able to give you a discount and an all inclusive package.

5. If it is an outdoor space, make sure to ask what the backup options are if there is bad weather.

This is important, you do not want to be stuck in a rut on the day of your wedding!
